Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Everett Auto Repair ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services
Everett Auto Repair provides automotive repair and maintenance services including but not limited to:
- Engine repair and diagnostics
- Brake system service
- Transmission repair
- Electrical system repair
- Suspension and steering service
- Preventive maintenance
- Other automotive repair services
Service Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. All appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
Delays
While we strive to complete repairs within estimated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates for all repair work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We will not perform work exceeding the estimated price by more than 10% without your prior authorization.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- Checks (subject to approval)
A finance charge may be applied to accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
Warranty
Parts and Labor Warranty
We warrant our workmanship and the parts we install for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service. This warranty covers:
- Defects in parts installed by us
- Defects in our workmanship
- Failure of repaired components due to our service
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Damage caused by failure to follow recommended maintenance
- Parts or components not replaced or repaired by us
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Vehicles used for racing or commercial purposes (unless specified)
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, you must return to our facility with the original repair invoice. We will inspect the vehicle and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your vehicle and its problems
- Removing all personal belongings from your vehicle
- Following recommended maintenance schedules
- Promptly paying for services rendered
- Notifying us of any concerns about service quality
Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left on our premises after completion of work may be subject to storage fees after 3 days. We are not responsible for vehicles left on our property for extended periods or for items left in vehicles.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everett Auto Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left on our premises for more than 30 days after notification that service is complete, or after we have been unable to contact you for 30 days, may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned vehicles in accordance with Washington State law.
Website Use
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any harmful code or malware
- To interfere with the security or functionality of the website
- To collect or harvest information about other users
- To impersonate any person or entity
Intellectual Property

Severability
